Operation Fill the Duffel Bags!

We’re leaving for Ethiopia in a little over two weeks, and would love your help with donations.  We want to take over two LARGE duffel bags stuffed with good things for the kids. 

Here’s the deal:  If you have any gently used items, or brand new, unopened hygiene/medical products (see list of items below), please email me at MunchkinQuest@gmail.com (using FB’s private email is fine too) with the items you’d like to donate, and I’ll give you my mailing address. 

There are only two catches:
1.  I really would prefer not to accept cash.  Frankly I just don’t want that responsibility.  I would prefer to simply call this “Operation Fill the Duffel Bags.”
2.  All donations have to be AT MY HOUSE by 12/12.

Please, please, please consider donating your gently used items to these beautiful children!  Brand new purchases of medical items are above and beyond, and we would all be so grateful.

List of needs:
Clothing (3T to 15 years of age)
Underwear (see sizes above)
Blankets
Neosporin
A&D ointment
Educational DVD’s (our agency has already donated several DVD players)
High quality toys (know that they will be WELL loved immediately and must withstand 15 eager children)
Feminine pads for the older girls
Children’s Tylenol

Things to stay away from:  plush toys that are difficult to wash, anything needing batteries
